THE NUTRITION NOTES JOURNAL

About Nutrition Notes

An accessible journal that takes time to explain sports nutrition. Our starting point: making terminology more accessible and categories easier to understand.

Food supplements are often introduced through product formats and technical names. We prefer to begin with a practical question, explain the concepts and connect them with everyday food.

OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH

From curiosity to understanding

Nutrition Notes is for people discovering sports supplements, recreational exercisers and readers who want to understand a term they have encountered in everyday life.

Terms explained

We explain abbreviations and expressions when they first appear. Examples distinguish the composition of a product from the format in which it is presented.

Connected topics

General articles introduce more specific subjects. Links at the end of each article lead from categories to proteins and then to amino acids.

Sources identified

Documentary references appear in the relevant articles. They help you locate institutional definitions and understand the context of the concepts presented.

OUR METHOD

A clear and measured approach

Our preparation begins with a question about terminology. Each text then separates definitions, examples and key points. We avoid product rankings and figures presented without context, allowing readers to concentrate on the concept being discussed.

The journal covers six initial topics. Editorial feedback might concern a phrase, a documentary link or a new question. Share these observations through the Contact page.
